TrueMoney Wallet

TrueMoney Wallet is an eWallet application based in Thailand and is expanding in South-East Asia. I design UX, UI and manage tasks for design team here.

I work as part of a team to build TrueMoney Wallet. The application itself covers many functions to support Thai people's cashless lifestyle such as online bill payment, barcode retail payment, game top-up and mobile phone and internet packages top-up.

 
 

TRUEMONEY WALLET

TrueMoney Wallet is Thailand-based biggest e-wallet. The objective of the product is to expand online experience to financial world.

My role :

  • UX designer

  • Design team scrum master

    • Manage the task within design team (at the time consisted of approx. 20 people)

    • Facilitate workshop between cross functional teams

Challenges

The product itself is in fin-tech industry which is pretty complex and has a lot of constraints. Whether it is the law or real users persona that is very versatile. Also, the company is a giant corporate company which has many levels until the project could go green.
