TrueMoney Kiosk: KYC Solution

According to dependency, when users would like to upgrade their eWallet account to max level (in this case is for TrueMoney Wallet) , users have to do 'face-to-face' verification.

At kiosk, there's a camera which it has a camera to detect eyes and capture faces. The verification will be done by the company when users have done with all the steps in this user journey.

The Redesign

The idea is from reading a book which you've got two pages at the time but when it comes to this UX flow, it cannot work that way.

​I figured out that the camera preview screen was too small and it made users tapped 'capture again' quite often.​​ So, I walked to to test with myself and came up with a solution as a flow below.
